[胡乱社] 本社驻LA的记者报道，Palmer总统上周与中国高层举行电话会议，双方就台湾问题进行了磋商，美政府放弃了一些军火出口支持，以及在台湾问题上一些妥协，得以将前些时日被中方拘留的前CTU特工Jack Bauer交换回国。有分析家称本次美政府付出了非常大的代价，才将探员包小杰交换回美国。包小杰在CTU LA任职数年，是一名热爱工作的劳动模范，并曾经得到过前总统的嘉奖。
